Women know that after they transition to male, they will retain some feminine features and thus be incel around women, also most have BDD. Also, most are very nervous around women in the same way incels are.

I'd say its probably a legit friends scenario. I have a somewhat similar friendship.
It really depends on the individual and their motives though.

I could see such a friendship being manipulative if the (in this case) FTM is withholding
the possibility of helping the incel to socially or sexually network, through her own friend group.
However, if the FTM is legit alone, then the friendship is equal.
