The problem is, in high school I worked out all 4 years and only took breaks when I was involved with sports and I got absolutely zero attention from foids from it. I was at one point -one- of the strongest guys in the weight room, DB pressing 85's at 18.
I just felt like sisyphus after awhile, working my ass off for no other reason than to be strong. Women still ignored me, I was still shunned to I guess a lesser degree than usual from other men.
I'm nearly to what I was back then which is lifefuel, im currently putting up 70's on DB press and I'm focusing more on legs now which is a change of pace from back then. Another month or two and I'll be as strong as I ever was, but I'll still be subhuman in the face so it makes little difference to my inceldom situation.

I wasn't the one who said anything about different positions. I have to workout for my job and I lift at home. I don't care about flexibility and moving around, those are standard skills required for my life. I need a close to ideal body composition to have sex. I would never have sex with any kind of gut or extra fat pad or banana roll ass or anything like that. Even if I'm paying someone $1000 to do me, I need to be as close to ideal physically as possible to allow myself in that environment.
