It should also be for those mothers who don't want to raise a child. A woman can pop out a babby every year until she becomes infertile and put them all for adoption. She can also make two a year via IVF. She can probably make more than two if she can convince an IVF doctor. She'd probably have to keep it a secret since the Octomom's doctor got in trouble.
