Why Does This Forum Allow Fakecels/Mentalcels?

People on this forum regularly expose themselves as not real incels and they are allowed to stay on here but the thing is if they actually explored their options they would be able to have sex whereas real incels cannot get laid no matter what without paying for it. It's a completely different situation that they are in to us but yet they are posting on here pretending like they can't get laid at all it is insulting to real incels almost like they are mocking us. These guys are likely so aspie they don't know when a girl is interested in them or they refuse to go with girls that do not meet their high standards and that's the choice but inceldom is not a choice it is forced upon us and therefore they should be banned from here.

let me explain this to you

I am physical able to get laid because I am good looking  (6'3 good face, frame and style)
but I suffer from autism ands which has prevented me from trying in the past years

ofc I want to get laid so I started dating last year, whith little to no success, because I sucked at dating

but I got better and made progress eventually.

I am sure that I will get laid this year, maybe with the girl I am currently dating (4/10 virgin) or maybe another
