Dude I was legit the most bluepilled person back 5 years ago. I unironically believed that women would like me for my personality, that looks really didn't matter that much, and that being nice and friendly to women is the best way to get them to like you. I totally agree with you. Blackpill is conditioning based off of negative experiences incels have due to feminism and nasty, modern women.
