thats actually a good question. When you think about it, evolutionarily there is no reason to find someone beautiful. An ugly person can have children as healthy as a beautiful person, so there is no reason for genes to program us this obsession we have for beauty. I think whoever designed us is a sadistic being who just wanted to see chaos and suffering.

beauty tend to correlate with physical strenght and more health.
height is beauty and height is better for survival
having a wider jaw and a better more defined warrior skull is a good identification of a better bones growth also having a better jaw correlate with having a better respiratory function.
being wither dosen't correlate with a survival advantage tho also eye color is pointless
having a hunter eyes actually give u a better and longer vision
hair is a good indicator of youth and fertility
bigger dick is also a good indicator of high t and better blood circulation.

But what does this selection bring to the advantage of future generations? beauty is fundamental to attraction but it doesn't necessarily bring any advantage it even hides advantages from certain people, destroying their attractiveness
there are these points but compared to how fundamental attractiveness is for reproduction, it seems as if human beings have a relationship with beauty as if it were a vital organ
