I reckon it's similar to how I don't perceive myself to be a 5'8 manlet with shit frame and stuff. If I could, I'd get surgery in an instant to be a bigger, more masculine guy. But I think there are more complicated things behind it, like how they had shit parents, or were bullied for being weak and developed a complex, or how they find that they're no one, or a lonely guy with a porn obsession or whatever and likes tranny porn (in which case he's gay anyway so I don't get that) and envies the "chicks with dicks".
