Instead of shoplifting?
especially seeing as the only change they get is pennies, which are so worthless at this point, not even a flock of jews would fight over them.
homeless could easily go into shops and swipe some food or drinks, like i did in the past when i was broke.
i never got in trouble with the police for this, even though i was caught multiple times by store staff.
the store staff don't even try to stop you, if they catch you, they'll just stand around and ask you to pay for what you pocketed.
not even security guards can stop you, if they did, theres a risk of them losing their jobs or getting arrested by the police themselves.
shoplifting in the UK is also incredibly easy because plenty of shops only have a small skeleton crew of people working in them.
even though shoplifting is a crime, its pretty much a victimless crime, and your stealing from the rich.
what your stealing is food that can be found everywhere and anywhere, not somebodies rare or personal item.
that is, only if your stealing food.
i've heard of incidents where shoplifters did get arrested and did time, but thats because there were stealing non-essential foods like alcohol or some other shit.
the police won't even take shoplifting seriously unless your stealing something over £200 ffs.
