Of course, that's because they don't give a shit. They genuinely have no empathy for ugly people, so why would thinking too much about the blackpill and its implications matter to them? Attractive people certainly don't give a shit cause they live like Gods and also benefit from the Halo effect, and they actively dislike ugly people. Normal people also think they're attractive (delusionally so) and also subconsciously dislike ugly people, and they're too busy trying to work their hardest to be liked and seen as one of the "popular" people, so why would they spare a thought about blackpill stuff.
In conclusion, they're blackpilled they just don't give enough of a shit to stop and think about all that the blackpill entails.

Also Chad doesn’t want anymore competition from average males or a little greater (ie guys who have something to work with genetically as it pertains to their ability to ascend) who could improve their chances with PUA strategies were they to become black pilled.
Also Stacy doesn’t want men across the board to be black pilled as not only will we stop helping them in various ways, but we’ll also begin slut shaming them and making life more difficult for them in response to them making our lives difficult, by depriving us of a life, so yeah open black pill knowledge for all simply doesn’t benefit the de facto “social ruling class” to share with absolutely everyone.
