But a bunch of ppl who I work with think that they are beautiful. This one hispanic , obese, midget(like a literal midget or near it) at work dresses herself very nicely, gets facial surgery/Botox etc. She hits on the college interns and the college interns barley care. They talk to her like they would talk to their mom.

Another time, one woman told an obese black lady that "she looks like a model."

Once I overheard a very obese, extremely ugly , tall, Hispanic woman claimed that so many men would hit on her, that she may write a book on it.

I wonder what would happen if these ppl knew that they were contenders for ugliest ppl on planet earth?

If it were that easy, every woman, even 300 lbs+ landwhales who belongs in a zoo, would have male models, pilots, CEOs and college athletics as husbands and boyfriends. When I go out in real life, most women are with men who look similar to them. How often do you see an obese landwhale with a doctor, male model or a CEO? 90% of the time, they are with overweight or obese men or low income black/hispanic/non-European immigrant men.
