Why do people believe being a good person means anything to women?

It doesn't matter if you are a good person or not, It matters what OTHERS see you as. Meaning I could be the biggest piece of shit (Talking in third person here) but because I can talk nice and kind for a couple of minutes and I have a nice face I will be able to gain your trust even though I am relatively despicable (Ex, Ted Bundy or on a micro level every single abuser that girls get with out there).

That's what I don't get. When girls look at me they see a piece of shit just off a couple of milliseconds. no self deprecation here, I have been told by COMPLETELY random girls that I give off serial killer vibes and have been told by male peers that I look like a school shooter.

Keep in mind I did not talk to these people, so just off aura and my face I gave off DESPICABLE vibes. It's really over man.

Well, I think partially right. Women care that men make them "feel good" and that's what they consider to be a "good person". So basically they want someone to manipulate them into loving them because they think if he can do that to them, he will also be able to do it to others and thus rise in the social hierarchy.
