Serious Why do normies refuse to acknowledge arguments and instead attack you personally?

I've always wondered this, do they just not care about facts/evidence/reasoning? Is it even possible to debate a normie unless you have all your personal and public life maxed out?

A large part of why I've prefer to be out of society is because it's impossible to get get anywhere with people unless you have completely unrelated "trophies" or "achievements" in life, it's as if nobody is allowed to share opinions or ideas or arguments, unless they're already high status and successful. This seems hypocritical of a society that claims to be inclusive of all ideas, arguments and opinions.

I believe the people who do have their personal life skills maxed out who don't bother with this stuff, is because they have too much to lose if they do get involved, so they just stay on the side-line, or they parrot the status quo. If you have nothing to lose, you don't mind arguing against the status quo, so of course incels are going to be coming up with arguments countering the status quo, but the problem is the arguments are never actually taken seriously, theyre just rejected based on your status in society, the argument itself is ignored and you're just mocked/disregarded personally.

I have had literal discussions at "family dinners" (which I no longer attend btw) where politics or religion would come up, and for example I would say something like Islam not being compatible with western civilization, and I just told I'm a virgin who rarely leaves the house so my opinion doesn't matter. This mostly comes from my NPC siblings. My parents ironically agree with me, but even my parents wont acknowledge it in-front of my siblings, my parents are too scared of my siblings to tell them their true opinions.

My parents in fact voted for that Fraiser Anning senator, so it's not like they're just pretending to agree with me in secret to make me feel better about being completely ostracized by my NPC siblings.

The pillars of Western Civilization are Greek Philosophy, Roman Law and Christianity. Don't you fucking dare imply whats recently happened in very recent history (1960s+) is the fault of these 3 pillars.

Also, the Greeks, Romans and majority of Christians throughout history would all share the same opinions as incels now, the left fucking hates the Greeks, Romans and Christianity.

People are too atatched in their own persepctives they can't see things from a different angle. Most people feel threatened when opposing arguments are brought to them, since it challenges their world view, the view they were indoctrinated with at a young age. This is why people in general won't budge even if you present facts,evidence,statistics and data. Nothing will disuade them at all. It's all about feeling good, not what's good for them.

its because men have a big role to play in society, so they believe that men are designed to overcome 'small' hurdles such as looks.
i mean yes, in the grand scheme of things looks is kind of a small thing. but when you are competing with millions of men it becomes extremely important. which is the logical adaptation a person should make.

TLDR
men are supposed to compete between tribes or groups. not with the entire world- this changes things.
