I feel much better the days I only eat steak and milk. Any enlightened anon that can explain? Could not eating enough meat (especially in childhood) explain low T levels?

Carbohydration

I dunno, bread should theoretically give you blood sugar boost and have more energy.

Carbs make you lazy. Nothing new. Eat a huge pasta bowl and you get sleepy af.

It could be celiac disease if it's wheat bread, but it's likely just from carbs being digested and causing your insulin to rise which makes you more tired. Could be a sign of diabetes as well. That could've been answered with a 30 second google search
