I’ve been feeling sick when I’m lifting weights or running or doing anything that’s tiring. I don’t go all out, I take breaks during each set or every 5 minutes or so. I don’t drink or eat to much before the workouts. This has been going on for about a year now and it’s a REALLY big problem. I have actually vomited a couple of times because of it. Are any of you having this issue or have had this issue before?
