The issue is that you give a suicidal person an identity of rape victim. You're actively giving them an anchor in the real world. The other issue is that everything nowadays is caught on tape. Even if you don't have license plates, various gas stations, traffic lights, etc. on the way will capture your route and trace you.
Alright so a plain white van, late in the night, with no fake license plates, gets seen on camera............ aaaaaand what.
