Also delusional though. All alcoholic drinks have a similar calorie minimum base and wine isn't the lowest. Hard liquor and particularly vodka and gin have the least calories per 'standard' drink. A lot of wines have sugar and depending on the wine, a lot of sugar. Normal beers and liquors do not. There's also a lot of foid-centric watered down, sugared up flavoured wines and coolers that are just pop with alcohol in it, also worse than beer or liquor.
Yes it's just a faux prestige symbol thing. But joke's on them again, as it is when foids are left to their own devices. Just about all wine has sulfites in it. This shit causes some of the worst head aches. Foids already can't tolerate alcohol as well as men but wine is objectively a harder alcoholic beverage in general to process.
