Sadly, a "cure" for mental illness is hard to come by. You should definitely keep looking for one though, because if you need medication then you are mentally ill and that should treated at least, if it can't be cured. That's why they tell you to take your meds. Are they a cure? No. But to be in a state of mental illness is dangerous.
