When these interactions happen, we dont really get the chance to show our good traits before being rejected, whereas a Chad who is good looking and doesnt have to work as hard can get a gf because of his face and smooth talking. Its only later that the girl realizes that hes an asshole liar that has like 2 of her friends in rotation, but by this point the girl will just rationalize that its ok because hes good looking and she already invested time in him and can maybe "teach" him to only love her. Its the difference between being good at interviews but bad at the job (chad) and vice-versa (incels).
