Venting Why can't normies understand statistics?

I have two disabilities that drastically reduce my ability to stay employed statistically and yet despite this fact, I still want to work, and look for work, and even enjoy it, but often I lose my job either because I don't "fit in" or they come up with some nonsensical reason. This isn't me bitching, this is backed up by statistics. Normies call me lazy, incompetent and use exceptions to prove that I must be a couch potato. They refuse to believe it can be harder for certain demographics to achieve in certain fields such as employment or dating.
