My working definition of wristcel here is any male with a wrist circumference below 7 inches (ca. 18 centimeters), as this puts you in the bottom 10 percentiles and is noticeably skinny to the eye.
Let's ignore the obvious facial benefits of being lean and focus on what's going on below the neck. If you think being lean isn't important for your face, shame on you, get the fuck off this forum and watch some FaceandLMS videos, you semi-blackpilled cuck.
Be aware: no matter how much weight you lift, no matter how many years you put into picking up heavy objects and putting them down, you will never look impressive in a shirt. Your thin skeleton is not built to hold enough muscle to look big in a shirt. There is a hard genetic limit to how buff you can become. Not even gaining body fat will help you achieve this. All getting chubby will do is give you a barely noticeably size boost and wipe out all your definition. You will look skinny fat even as your bench press exceeds two plates. You'll look like shit with and without a shirt. The only thing you can do to minimize this "shrinking" effect is make sure your shirt is small and tight, which obviously doesn't work if you're a 17%+ body fat lardass. Wearing a tight shirt will also accentuate your v-taper if you have at least an average waist-to-shoulder ratio, which is largely genetic assuming you're not fat.
As a wristcel, definition is all you have. Being lean, being below 15% body fat, will give you the vascularity and definition you need to create the illusion of size.
Some examples on people who are probably not wristcels:
Notice how much more muscular they look despite having actually lost size. The way light bounces off their skin in ways that emphasize their newbie muscle. They are tighter and more proportionate with their frames. (There's also some obvious oil and lighting manipulation going on with the second example, just so you're aware of how critical lighting can be.)
Meanwhile, here's an example of someone with more muscle and a higher body fat percentage.
He benches three plates and looks like that. Do you want to look like that? No? Then don't get fat.
