tbh I wish I could sleep like 10 hours per day but I need to work
 
Sleep deprivation = being awake more, having to spend more time in this miserable existence

More sleep = more time in peaceful oblivion or having dreams, sometimes maybe dreaming about being chad or having a gf.

Sleep is great.
 
I've noticed that the less sleep I get the more confident I am and the better I function socially. But I also make a lot of mistakes in writing, thinking, perceiving, etc.

It feels too good to sleep. It's a very great cope for me.
 
they should make it where you can sleep 24 hours a day
 
i loved sleep deprivation before gymcel now i must sleep like a rock in order to grow or not lose muscles :feelsbadman:

When you stay awake and only sleep say 5 hours you're also aware of your shit life all the time.

If you sleep very long you will also be sleepy all the time which makes it even easier to fall asleep again. Will fuck you up but will work out for certain periods of time like on holidays or when a depressive episode hits you.
 
I sleepdeprivemaxx, but not by choice. I have severe insomnia
 
It's actually true that sleep deprivation reduces depression in severely depressed people
 
I have been getting 5 hrs of sleep for the past 2 years
 
I wish I could sleep 24 hours a day
 
But times I'm sleeping are the best times of the day.
