Didn't the West make a superpower out of poor, hungry China simply by sending factories there, thereby giving China investments and the opportunity to steal technology? Today, the West is transporting production to Vietnam, India and other third world countries, simply because it wants to weaken China a little. If it weren't for the West, the Chinese would still be killing sparrows with slingshots and starving to death.The West (or rather corporations and elites) sacrificed their Western middle class to globalization.

The purpose of aid is to subordinate third world countries and discourage their governments from opposing the interests of the great powers. It's basically bribes to the governments of third world countries to get full access to their resources and markets without interference.
Yes, but does it make sense to make any deals with those elites who are sold for money and, if anything, will betray you for the sake of the one who pays the most?
