I understand that some traits are important because of protection: height, frame and others as an indicator of overall health and youthness: skin, hair, symmetry

But what about the rest?

Why is a small nose better than a big one. Why are big eyes bad, why is FWHR relevant

There's not a reason for every biological trait of a species. Some traits get selected or eliminated for survival and some extra random ones stick.

Most of these traits were common in ancient, prehistoric humans. I think men were originally evolved to be chads by default, but only became mid normies and incel sub-5s after thousands of years of domestication since agricultural evolution and dysgenic breeding that came with it. Chads today are desirable because they reflect the intended male form.

Its a good question tbh some traits make sense like big strong jaws which gives you less problems (more space for teeth, bigger and better airway) but some things like blue eyes for example are seen as superior and more attractive when they are biologically inferior to darker eyes.
