Tbh ngl. In some areas they don't even have fluent Internet. So even if there are incels there they wouldn't know of us.
Furthermore, mass-inceldom is most of the time a phenomenon in rich parts of the world (like Japan, Europe, America) because surviving is mostly guaranteed which means reliability and access to financial ressources isn't something that makes you stand out anymore which makes moneymaxxing almost obsolete and enables competition solely based on looks.
To be attractive due to money alone you have to be a multi-millionaire in most western countries (especially Western/Northern Europe) and while rising to a solid middle class standpoint is (with enormous amounts of discipline and intelligence) possible acquiring so much money that it makes you stand out in these countries is nearly impossible on your own.
