Corona-chan didn't impact me much because I'm alone all the time anyways, but watching the way normies react to it is infuriatingly stupid.

They were losing their shit a month ago when georgia was planning to re-open early and boomers were protesting in that one state's capitol, but within two weeks they were protesting that one black guy who got killed en-masse and going to restaurants and fucking bitches on tinder again. They're like a fucking cow herd, they just follow along with whatever seems to be "the consensus" and it never occurs to them that none of this makes sense. Either it was never real to begin with and they crashed the economy for no good reason, or it is real and Corona-chan's day of retribution is nigh. What the fuck is wrong with these retards!?

it's super weird here in Poland
a month ago when we were getting about 300 new infections daily, everything was shut-down, normies were in full-on hysteria and the police was driving around neighborhoods blasting "DO NOT GO OUT, CORONA IS HERE TO GET YOU" thru speakers
now when we get about 500 new infections daily, everything is opening up, masks are not requires, normies don't care at all and everything is pretty much back to the pre-corona days
like you've said, either it was fake all along or Corona-chan's day of retribution is coming
