I don't know much about after 25 but most sub 7 guys in college are incels. Given the fact that foids lie about how many dicks they've riden and men lie about fucking more foids I would not be surprised if the actual number was 5% for foids and 50% for human beings.

I think it's the opposite of not being able to get chad, rather they're declining because they can get chad. Note that this article specifically reports a percentage of people that haven't had sex for over 1 year, and that the sample is over 18. It's safe to say that many females are losing their virginity to chad before 18. After this point, they leave school and are not surrounded in the same tight social circle they were in before. By 25 sex has likely slowed down because they aren't seeing as many people, and they don't need to try to get it because they know that they will still get it from chad when they want it.

Another theory is that women, contrary to what they say in their forums, don't necessarily want sex but validation and sex is merely the way to get that from chad. There's other factors that affect how much people have sex, stuff like, having your own place, or having enough free time, both of which are in decline.

Another thing might be a lack of a scarcity mindset knowing that chad is easily available. Not unlike to how toilet paper hoarders suddenly made it a very desirable item. The reality is that many women just don't have that high of a sex drive.
