This is a main highway in Zimbabwe a very important highway connecting major harbor port in South Africa to the interior of Africa. Basically all the copper, cobalt, lithium from central Africa as far as Congo, Uganda, Rwanda all pass through that highway, but look at it.

There has to be another explanation besides IQ because online it says Zimbabwe has an average IQ of 76 but countries like Turkey have 88 and there is a major difference. Turkey with an IQ of 88 has nice roads and lower level manufacturing whilst Zimbabwe has nothing and imports finished goods and exports raw materials.

It seems 85-90 IQ is the threahhold to "maintaning " a modern infrastructure. The economy may not be highly diversified but stable enough to do the basics well enough . It seems below that IQ its not possible to even master the basics of a modern economy and infrastructure

Is an IQ under 80 retard level IQ? Like literal retard in terms of lack of planning capabilities and implementing those plans, in other words abstract thinking and bringing the abstract into practical hands on stuff like bulding o maintaning infrastructure?

Even though Zimbabweans take toll fees to use that highway its still in terrible condition, inspite of every truck/whecile paying to use that major arterry highway through Africa to the major ports . Still they fail to keep it in good condition which would even increase their revenue.

The money collected from toll gates is obvously stolen by corrupt officials who cant defer gratification till later to garuntee a steady cash flow of which they can steal a bit everyday but its garunteed they rather steal everything now and damned be the consequences for the infrastructure as long as he gets his dick scked by a whore using the money .

This is 100% a sign of low IQ and because they never ever seem to learn from their mistakes there is simply no other choice but to suggest the average African IQ in subsaharn Africa is lower than 75 and the medically agreed retard IQ is 70.

By the way look at North Africa with an average IQ of 85-88. North Africa is considered middle income so one could say 2nd world county . An IQ of 88 makes for a stable country with decent infrastructure but no high level industry but even the lower end stuff is good enough though at least

Infact their economies are middle income economies except Libya which means they not far off from high income status.

I don't know except for the country you mentioned and most of sub saharan africa I think Ethiopia and the non muslim majority part of Nigeria so the south they maintain their infrastructure but in Algeria the infrastructure from France is disintegrating and they only maintain roads well I don't know if it's the case for all countries nearby zimbabwe for infrastructure but zimbabwe had probably one of the worst inflations for a few years in Africa it still is the case but it's better now

I think this road is just because of corruption because according to media from there it was rehabilitated a few years ago it just was either not repaired after damages or it was badly built to begin with
but I don't know if it's also due to negligence as it seems that the cooper and resources there extracted are all mostly from foreigners and not civilians using these roads but i've seen this video about roads near harare along with others and it seems like most of it doesn't have this kind of damage
