My dad is 6’4” and my mom is 5’4” why does that make me fucking 5’6”?? I am 19 years old

I hit puberty at 11 when I was 5’3” and I never had a growth spurt I just gradually grew an inch over year and stopped growing at 14.

When I was 12 or 13 I would eat nothing absolutely NOTHING no fast food or healthy food. I would wake up in the morning have nothing for breakfast, go to school have nothing at school, come home have nothing at home and then at dinner have nothing. When I go to sleep few minutes before bedtime I would have a huge meal consisting of alto of salt and sugar. Little protein and ton of carbs. Aswell as no exercise

All the late bloomers grow from 5’3” to six feet and above. Why do I have to be a pathetic manlet. I have a passion in bodybuilding but It gets to the point where I realise what’s the point of taking care of yourself and start building a physique when your shorter than hot girls who humiliate you and laugh together with Chad.
