Cho was definitely underrated. His manifesto wasn't nearly as good as Elliot's, but he killed more and had better victims. The man killed a lolcaust survivor (who actually didn't survive anything since anyone with a brain knows the lolcaust never actually happened.) Anyone who kills a lying jew is a hero in my book.

His first victims were a white woman who had rejected him and a black guy who stupidly tried to save her. He killed them in a dorm room. Luckily for Cho the police were really fucking retarded and assumed right off the bat that it was an isolated incident where a jealous boyfriend killed her after seeing her cuck him with a black guy. For this reason they did not evacuate the school and allowed Cho to reenter three hours later to commit some more justice. People talk about how the police fucked up in the case of Elliot Rodger. But the police really didn't do anything wrong there. They can't just go into someone's house and look through all of their stuff if they hadn't committed a crime. But in the case of Cho they really did fuck up, massively. Had they just followed standard procedure and not tried to be Sherlock Holmes thinking they knew exactly what happened as soon as they entered the crime scene, it's very likely Cho's first two victims would have been his only victims. At the very least he wouldn't have been able to enter the school again.
