Maybe this doesn't turn into civil war. It almost certainly doesn't turn into secession. But Colorado already took Trump off the ballot. If SCOTUS upholds this, Texas is gonna be like "Oh yeah? Well we're taking Biden off the ballot." And more states will follow suit and THAT will be our civil war. An election decided before anyone gets to vote because most states will only have either Trump or Biden viable on the ballot.
