From the list above you may select 3 serial killers you wish to revive. They will be revived in the same state their bodies where before the got shot/mutilated/stabbed whatever.
The killer will remember everything till his death, and will gain cosmic knowledge that will allow him to be updated with the current state of the world. (Say if he offed himself in 2006 he will instantly know what happened in the 12 years after till now).
The world, however, forgets the acts the killer committed and just treats the deaths as a mystery.
You may also contact the killer should you wish to assist him somehow/give him advice whatever.
The killer will also know you were the one who revived him.
