I need data on this, I heard blood pressure high people are more dangerous if they can the disease as their immune systems are weakened, on the other hand, lean people don't eat as much and maybe their immune system won't be as strong
Are you asking if it's more unhealthy to be dangerously overweight, or dangerously underweight? If so, I think the latter. You're dead if you're obese, but you're super dead if you're anorexic.

They are overweight because of the chronic inflammation(probably due to a persistent stealth infections) = already a weakened immune system as a main prerequisite -> fatcels will expire first.

It's a pulmonary disease, it kills people by making them unable to breath properly. Fatties can barely breath while standing still, what do you think happens when they get corona?
Also a minority of the corona deaths are from cardiac arrest, which fatties are also more susceptible to.
