I'm 5'8" 164-168. Last time I saw anything near 150 was about 1-1.5 years ago. If I ever see under 160 again I'm roping. Being a skinny manlet would be too much suifuel. Gymceling is one of the best copes imo

I am around the same weight as you (180 lbs), but 6' 3" and horrendously skinnyfat. Literally all of my weight is fat, no muscle whatsoever and the strength of a 12 year old girl.

I've not been able to gain for shit natty, so I bought mk677 tablets. Have had a few, seemed to make my stomach bloated and feel bad but I will start taking them again at some point. Also waiting for aromasin tablets, either the ones I bought delivered or free from my dr. If dr gives them me I will get money back on the bought ones. I have abnormally high estrogen levels, an NHS blood test a few months ago showed 226.16 pmol/l when it should have been <180, even though my testosterone levels were 25.3 nmol/l (729.7 ng/dl).

Jokes aside (my other comment), Face and Height both matter. 5'0" 10/10 face guy and 6'0" 1/10 face guy are most likely both equally incel. Face doesnt do much for a guy if hes under a certain height
