There's a normie youngling in my class who doesn't talk much but who has been accepted by the normie hivemind and made a friend of another classmate.
Then there's me. I speak less than 80 words a day in class, and 80 is being generous to me it's probably less than 50.

Lately I've been hearing my classmates talk about somebody who is arrogant and quiet. But they do this when I'm around so I have doubts it's me.

I mean, who could possibly be that fucking stupid? To both label me arrogant and say it within earshot like I'm deaf?

It can't be the teacher. We have a strict but good teacher for one subject and a hyper NT normie for the other subject.
