Any energydrinkcels here? I began drinking monster around a year ago before working out,and now I'm just hooked on them. All my fluids intake is energy drinks and water. I try to limit it to around 250mg of caffeine per day tho.
 
Energy drinks are crap.Coffee mogs (at least you can’t get poisoned by a coffee)

Idgaf about longevity. Living 40+ yrs as incel is already ragefuel. If I died from energy drinks,I'd be happy,but won't happen very likely.
 
I would drink them all the time if not for my heart. Rockstar and C4 are my go-tos

I tried both,they are good. Too bad they don't exist in my country mostly,except in gym based shops which are kinda rare here. Mostly monster+hell+ random shit energy drinks.
 
Monster is nice but I mostly drink coffee as a preworkout.

3 a week is not bad at all. I usually drink 1 a day,1 and a half maybe. Depends on how exhausting my workout will be,and whether I'll do something else that day.
 
I used to drink them sometimes but not anymore, i stopped liking them
