Everything I fucking do or try always resort to failure. Again and again, they say shit like; you'll learn from your mistakes and get better but nothing gets better from up here, hell, there's no "up here". Recently, EVEN if I at least try being friends with this one girl and getting to know her, and she already thinks im fucking creepy. Like what the fuck did I even do, I'm no stalker or obsessed person, I mind my own business and you already fucking dislike me. Heck she hates me and thinks if I am the equivalent of a deformed mutant. "Maybe she doesn't wanna be friends" yeah I leave her alone but isn't this kind of shit the same deal with every other girl I meet?

It is not because of what you do but rather who you are. If you were tall and good looking and interacted with her the same way, she'd think you have a great personality and spread her legs for you.

I can relate to the pain you are experiencing : I got kicked from my school recently, I failed at getting my driver licence and my oneitis rejected me when I tried to speak to her of my feelings.
Stay strong and do things that make you feel good/hang around with ppl that pull you up.
