Yeah, i've been hearing reports about that on the suicide forums i've been reading. Not all helium tanks are being made like this now, but there's a possibility you'll run into one. I've bought a two tanks from two different vendors just so that if I strike out and use one that will prevent me from dying i'll at least be able to give it a second shot.
