If you are 5'11'' and above I don't think most girls would notice if you are wearing insoles. I think the sweet spot is to be at least 5'10'', so a 5'8'' guy would really bennefit a lot.

5’8 & 5’9 -> 5’10 & 5’11 would be a pretty big jump in SMV, because now you’re starting to be slightly above average depending on where you are.

Under 5’6 and it doesn’t make a difference, you’re still short af. Over 6’1 and it doesn’t matter because you’re already seen as tall

At 6'2 less than 1% of women will be taller than you and the majority of men are shorter, so getting height mogged isn't something you even think about.

6'5+ is quickly approaching the 'too tall' category. Most doorways are only 6'8 so if you accidentally had an extra bounce to your step you'd smack that shit. Mattresses are just under 6'3 inches long. Absolutely nothing around you will be made to accommodate your height. This is already true for being 6ft but the problems are exacerbated the taller you get.

Even if being obscenely tall somehow helped you with women I wouldn't want to be so fucking disproportioned when my current height of 6'1 is comfortable.
