What's the strategic significance of this dam?
 
MOST PROBABLY UKRAINE. NO NEED FOR RUSSIA TO DO THAT AFTER TAKING THE PLACE. IT IS LIKE CRIMEA-MAINLAND BRIDGE EXPLOSION. ALSO MADE BY UKRAINOIDS
