Because white people are more likely to end up in prison for some nerdy activity and have never committed violence in their entire lives.
Instead, Arabs and blacks are often in prison for violent crimes.
Actually, you should separate the white people to protect them from the others because a white incel in prison is too easy prey and everyone is after him.
Black and Arab thugs often rob white people in prison.
