Ethnicel here and I just wanted to say to you whitecels that the only reason that you're not successful in life is due to your own lack of will power and being babied by your moms, honestly. If you got off of your ass you could easily use your whiteness to get a comfy office desk job I mean you don't see any white people working the grills and McDicks or stacking shelves and WallysWorld do you? Whites are very good at organizing, sharing information, and promoting higher learning you guys help one another the older generation want to see younger generations of whites be successful but people from ethnic countries have a crabs in a barrel mentality they hate seeing people from their own race that made it and talk mad fucking shit. Here's an example of an experience I had when I was younger, when me and my family would go out the white people in our town would treat us like garbage we would never get friendly customer service and everyone always assumed we're stealing something it made me ashamed of my ethnicity, but one day when my aunt and her white husband took me out to go eat I guess people assumed I was some kind of half breed or something and I go to experience for a brief moment what it was like to be white, people were so friendly and some old geezer even gave me a toy car for no reason it was amazing. I assume whites get the same treatment like this their whole lives and it isn't fair I've only gotten darker and get treated like shit more and more with each passing day by everyone including the police. And before you start saying "Muh Quotas" well only white washed ethnic soyboys and ethnic women that have never hammered a nail in their whole lives get those positions the rest of us are working bullshit jobs with no chance of moving up, no god damn chance brother we're second class citizens.

anyways your initial post seemed to be mostly focused on professional shit. companies in the US are actively incentivized not to hire white/yellow males. being a white male is a disadvantage in the US professionally. i would never have gotten fired if I was black.
