I opened this thread to post these exact sketches. Nice work. Gotten about 20 times worse since the mid-90s.

Following Spengler, I'd rather call decadent cosmopolitan bastard culture pseudomorphosis, though. "Appropriation" is thick with connotations of post-colonial beggary.
