You're retarded. UV radiation exposure from the sun is the number one factor for skin-related aging. And it just so happens that the first noticeable signs of aging is seen on the face and around the eyes.
There is no major sun exposure in the UK and the rest of north Europe nigga it’s more related to diet and general lifestyle
