Which one shows more clearly what we look like from the human eye, the front camera or the rear camera of the phone?

man it just shows me how extremely deformed I am, one side of my face is much longer and narrower causing one of my eyes to be placed much lower down and closer to my nose. Also no sharp angles anywhere in my face at all and no checkbones and a head that looks like a balloon. I feel shot for weeks after seeing myself in a front cam reflection or photo. But then again most people do give me strange looks or point at me. It’s all hard to take.

That's brutal man

I also look like shit on it, one of my eyes has a noticeable negative canthal tilt while the other is neutral and my forehead looks absolutely massive.
