It can throw off the balance of your facial thirds. My facial thirds are still unbalanced with a short forehead even though I have SFS

All in all it should be harmonious and can throw off some ratios I think, if you have a short forehead, but there are also cases where you can profit from it

I’ve never noticed if someone has a short forehead but I’ve definitely noticed people with huge ones
