JBW applies in any country with a white population and another race population.

And there is a HUGE difference in Sub6 and Sub8, 6/10 to 8/10 is VERY VERY different.

I honestly only believe in Sub4 law, but Sub6 it's more understandable because at 6/10 is were your face starts attracting females so i respect those who believe in Sub6 even thought i dont agree 100% with that theory too.

Yeah. JBW means that you are almost universally desired by women just based on your race.
JBW isn't that you can get any woman you want, it's that your options available aren't pre-preemptively blocked like it would be for an ethnic (i.e. "I'm not attracted to black guys"). How many women honestly say "I'm not attracted to white guys"?
