Weighed myself two weeks ago I believe and it was at 310. I wanna get down to 200 but sometimes I overthink that and I get stressed out. So now I begin to embrace the idea losing 100 pounds and seeing what happens from there, no matter what weight at my start date(June 2nd). Is this less stressful than going to the full 200?
