Weighed myself two weeks ago I believe and it was at 310. I wanna get down to 200 but sometimes I overthink that and I get stressed out. So now I begin to embrace the idea losing 100 pounds and seeing what happens from there, no matter what weight at my start date(June 2nd). Is this less stressful than going to the full 200?

i believe tracking your weight is always stressful, because it isnt just about losing weight, its about changing your lifestyle completly. if by any means you reach your defined goal, what youre gonna do from there?

Manage being 200 pounds I guess. I’ve been a foodie my whole life so easier said than done.

yeah its hard and i also learned the hard way by trying to get a 6pack with fasting and stuff. best you can do is do regular exercise and cut a few things like sodas

You think at 5’11.5 id look good at 210 pounds?

I’m trying to make this for myself or not just to get women. Cuz keep in mind I’m also very hairy and have moobs, so I don’t even think being under 200 pounds with that shit in mind would make me good enough. We’ll see though.
 
Leg pain is also stressfull. But on the other hand eating is a good cope and makes u die faster

Any weight loss is good when you're obese. Too many obese people set themselves a hard goal like losing 100 pounds and don't even start because it's overwhelming and they think it has to be some all or nothing thing. Lose 50 pounds if more is too much effort for you.

I lost like 18 pounds unexpectedly around five years ago, and I wasn’t even doing anything. Why wouldn’t I want to set up a big goal. And during that time, I went from 260 to 242.

You complain about your goal being too hard that you don't even bother starting and then you complain when I suggest something more manageable for you. Nigga just eat a bit less a day but do it consistently, don't diet like crazy for a week and give it up

I said getting down to 100 pounds was the limit.
