ADHD medication works wonders. Taking 2-3x the dose I'm prescribed makes it fun and rewarding to be social. I take Elvanse, I don't know if it's called that in english but other ADHD medications also make you more social.

If you're talking strictly drugs I have a suggestion. I am being weaned off Paxil and started Cymbalta a few weeks ago. Now the Paxil killed my libido and didn't help anxiety or depression. Cymbalta is a totally different class if drugs. Where Paxil is your typical ssri.... Cymbalta is a very quick acting snri. You can Google more info if course but I will say it's worked fast for depression/anxiety (it's well known for being quick acting) and my libido is not only back but stronger than ever. I think about sex more than usual and have the appropriate physiological response no problem. ED doesn't seem to be an issue with this one.
