Most work places these days stress against dating co-workers, hell some even have rules against it.

Foids no longer go to bars or nightclubs to meet men or hookup, they go to have fun and hang out with friends. They're always surrounded by friends, so even if you could approach, the friends (and in lot of cases even bar/club staff and bouncers) are used as safety nets.
