Download a good VPN (some are free), if you don't live in a country where free streaming is legal (actually there aren't a lot of those countries). Also download a free anti-virus, I recommend Avast, Kaspersky (Russian company), Bitfender (free if you're on Windows) or Avira, if you don't want to pay. Oh and also install an ad-blocker (mostly free)

I'd suggest getting a cheap VPN if you use public trackers, there's a setting you can do in qbittorrent to make it only use your VPN as well that you can search online to learn how
